In the Hauntings II the Boogeyman is introduced. There is more to the Boogeyman than meets the eye and one day I hope to write his story. He suffered tortures that changed his appearance into something hideous. Accepting his fate as an outcast, he remained hidden in Salems Marsh. The Boogeyman learned how to trap dangerous supernatural creatures and how to send them back into the void. Without his assistance the living world would be infected by the many horrors of Salems Marsh. He is the guardian of Salems Marsh. He also reappears at the end of The Dead of Night story. There are many more minor characters, both good and bad, that you will have brief interactions with in both stories, and you will constantly challenge your good luck to survive.
