The Thing THE THING The Thing is quite revolting in its appearance. The color and texture of the skin is like a snail and oozes a sticky substance. The appendages that might be arms and legs are thin tentacles with pinchers at the end. The face has some vaguely human characteristics but are all horribly deformed. Miss Grul found this abomination while searching for mushrooms. For whatever reason, she was drawn to it and nurtured it like a baby. She found out quickly it had a taste for flesh and blood. Miss Grul began mutilating herself to feed the Thing. She cut off her toes first. Return and choose another character.
